sorry to hear about RAY and JOE .Ray was a good "blaze beater" and an excelllent Chauffeur. Not to mention a Great 24 partener. He will be sadly missed. AND JOE B. He was the sweetest person you could meet. A great MPO and Nossle man, tuff as nails. One time another F/F was breaking Joe's balls about a lite duty assignment, this guy wanted it,so he had JOE moved to another job.(not as good ).SOOOO we all got together and 1 by 1 we all went up to this "RUBBER with weight" and said'HEY SO and so,do you know JOE BRINDISI, WELL HE'S A fFRIEND OF MINE,YOUR SCREWING HIM,SO I THINK YOU BETTER LEAVE THIS PARTY. Everybody ---all L-18,all E-17,B-4 aides,11 -truck,28-eng, 6&9.He got so scared ,he thought he was going to ketch a beating, that he sourounded himself with his buddies and left the party!!!After all it was a 4th battalion party,so he had no right being there under the circumstances!!!I forget what his name was, maybe someone can recall .I'm sure sombody who was there will remember. It goes to show you,""Don't Mess With Anybody From The PITT"" -------------------------HARPO
